A pleasant day to you Fellow Mylotter,
Now a days, there are a lot of foods that being introduced in the market. And if you will notice, the back portion of the packaging states the amount of vitamins and nutrients that you can get out from that food. However, if you will really think, that food is somehow like a junk food or a type of food that does not have the right nutrients to be call as healthy food.
Although those foods were classified as junk foods, they can still relieve our hunger. Aside from that, though it cannot sustain our strength for the whole day, still, those foods can somehow ease the pain in our stomach whenever we feel hungry. And because of that, there are times, I also eat those types of foods even if the nutrients I will be getting from it is not enough. What important is, my hunger was relieved.
How about you, do you always eat those foods that are really healthy?

I usually buy ripe food then I'll cook them to eat. I rarely go out for meals. I don't believe food in restaurant all thought they're quite delicious and looking beautiful.
I think the natural food is the best for us.

I normally eat at home and I cook my own food from scratch so I imagine it is healthy. Once in a while I buy foods just because I want to eat them. Even then, I think I do not buy the worst. Today my granddaughter came to visit and I bought some chocolate and orange icecream. I usually eat raw fruits as desserts but I wanted somethuing special. I also bought some jamón serrano for the occation (a cured ham) that I don´t usually buy either because it´s too expensive.
So I think that, on the whole, I pass the test.

I always make home meal, we don't dine out too often. I buy fresh indregient to cook, we don't do frozen meals or preserved meat, so we have healthy food most of the time.

Hello airasheila,
I recently started to prepare my meals home, so that I'll give my body the nutrients it needs. I used to go eat in restaurants a lot, but usually i took french fries, a piece of meat and desert, not many salads or usual cooked food, so my input of nutrients was at minimum. But now, I've decided to make my food at home and cook some vegetable soup, maybe something in the oven, to change the menu. I realized i needed that when I saw that me and my boyfriend felt very weak, sleepy in the morning and our resistance to more stressful activities was low.
Now, junk food as in hamburgers and stuff, that is rather rare for us, but still, we need to improve the fruit consumption too, so that we can consider our diet balanced.
