i am not sure what is going on with me right now...but for two days now, I am highly emotional. i just had my period so i don't think it is something about my hormones. but i am highly sensitive.
and add to that, i had not been feeling very well. i am having headaches. I want to go out and go shopping or just to get my mind off work. i am swamped with work and i feel i need a breather. i am also trying to get myself to become healthier by changing my lifestyle but in the end i am not feeling well. i want to get pregnant so i am embarking on these changes but i wonder why i am not feeling well.
and it seems the people closest to me do not understand what is going on with me. i guess i am expecting them to deal with me better. but instead they add to making me feel miserable.
i am going out now. i just want to feel better.

i hope you feelin better now. i guess i was and am little wanting the same now. i encountered lots of bad and sad things lately and people around me are some kind of not understanding what am going through. but i can't blame them, 'cause i don' wanna tell them anyway. i won't help to be honest.
i'm physically feeling better now. i went out of town and spend time thinkin how to get through all these when i get back cause i was out of focus already. im also tryin to relax while doin all that. the place was nice and comforting. i guess that's what i'm goin to need the next time.
back to work now and hopefully, everything's gonna get better. as much as i don't wanna think about it but it won't help me at all..

I used to get headaches during my cycle as well. Sometimes if we work a lot and do not eat and sleep enough in relation to the hours we are working, this can drain us which can lead to us not feeling well.
Focusing on how terrible you feel can contribute to actually feeling awful, whereas if you focus on healing and feeling wonderful and getting out like you have, you will begin to feel better.
When you talk to people closest to you, don't talk about how bad you feel. Instead ask them how they are and what they are up to so to take the attention off yourself, therefore no focus on how terrible You are feeling. At least until you are feeling better.
Just keep moving, take time out to pamper yourself and be sure to feed yourself with nutritious foods and get at least seven hours of sleep per night. Within time you will be feeling back to normal again.

Aww...there really are days like that when you just can't understand how you're feeling. But, I'm sure it will pass and things will be "normal" again. If you feel that way for a longer time than usual, then, maybe it would be time to get help. Or maybe your body is still adjusting to the changes you've embarked on.

maybe think of proven ways in your experiences to make you feel better, like eating your favorite food, or doing your preferred activities or maybe have a vacation :) I think a change of scenery maybe good too :)
Maybe you're emotional because of the uncertainty in your life for instance the pregnancy issue or the psychological part of you that's uncertain...
