how to change mylot pasword

can some one explain to me how to change my mylot password
the problem is i dont remember my old pasword so i can't change it from preference -acount information.
i usually login mylot from my ferify mail (it sent at first time i joined mylot)
soo hoe can i change pasword coz i dont even know the old pasword

I dont know the way to change the password . BEcause i am a new user . I enjoy mylot very much. I also want to know how can i change my password. I want help from my friends. Can any one help me?
