InfinityBux is not allowing me to log in anymore!

I was going to log in to my account in infinitybux and the major problem I am currently facing is this error message "This computer, household or private network has already been assigned to 3 another accounts". I made sure that no one else can make an account on infinity bux in my computer and in this IP address. I don't recall anyone creating another INfinitybux account. Does anyone have an experience with this error? Answers are appreciated.

maybe you are on dynamic IP and some other user from your internet network singed up to infinity.It could be glitch too from infinity side too.its would be much better to write their support team.

Could be an error at their end and instead of banning just your IP they banned the IP range instead. Basically instead of just banning 111.111.111.111 they banned 111.111.111.111-111.111.111.222. What I would do is contact them, they should atleast give you the other account names to see if someone did manage to make an account on your network. Other than that I can't see them doing much about it, I had a similar issue at another site, and it was painfully obvious they banned an IP range instead of singular IP/s and quite a few got banned. They wouldn't reverse it, but you may get lucky just contact their support if you're sure you didnt make more than one account or anyone else on your network didn't.
