Does anyone have experience with Website Blocking Buddy software?

I recently downloaded this softwared to temporarily unblock the ptc sites I have so that other users of this computer can not access them. The problem is I can not unblock them without paying $29.00. I can not afford to pay that amount. Where on earth can I get that amount just to unblock those sites?. There used to be an option to unblock sites in the list by just highlighting those sites and pressing Delete button of my keyboard but that does not work anymore. I have to purchase the product for $29.00. What I tried was to uninstall the softwared completely and even remove it from my Registry but still the sites are still blocked. Anyone who have experience with this one? If so, please provide some input about restoring those sites without paying $29.00. I am so desperate now. I already contacted their support hoping they can help me. please if anyone here knows how to restore those sites without paying $29.00, please share your input. Thanks you!
