Paypal Indian users and March problem?

I have been getting some times below $10 into my PayPal account.PayPal's minimum payout is $10.
PayPal will be implementing a new rule after March ,1 in India that any amount in the PayPal must be transferred into the bank account within a week.
My question is if balance is below $10 , Then what will be going to my money?

That's a good question. maybe we can voice out our question to the Paypal management. How did you get the news? now i think, if your balance is below $10, it will still be present in mylot. after you've earned $10 , transfer it to paypal at once and then transfer the money in your bank account. the problem is if you do not have bank account. Maybe you can stock the money here in mylot.

Hi,Problem is not with the myLot.I have been participating in some pay for write sites like http://triond.com.In Triond , the minimum pay out is $0.5.They send the money after every month to the PayPal account.Like other sites are there.This is my problem.
PayPal sent the news to their Indian users through email.

i am too confused about that i think if they implement like if our account balance reach over 10$ then you should transfer it to bank within 7days would have been still bearable with us
i hope they do that too because my paypal account balance is most of the time below 10$

Well I'm not sure but I think they might return money back to sender.
