I used to go through a lot of stress in the past. That might be the reason why i used to get migraine every now and then.Lately I don't suffer any stress at all because i am not doing anything and my migraines completely disappeared.
Do you also think that migraine will be under our control completely if you say bye to stress?

stress is just another factor that may trigger migraine, but it isn't the only triggering factor. there could be a lot of factors that may cause migraine, like the food we eat, our activities that could be very strenuous, the weather, the climate, the environment, and etc. anyway, if it's possible to rid ourselves from stress (if that's what triggers your migraine most) then it is also possible to escape from terrible migraine attack.

I doubt if migraine has anything to do with the food we eat.I feel like stress is the only reason that one could get this disease initially.Once you become a migraine sufferer, the other factors come into play...like food, weather, etc. i guess.

I suffer from migraines for a long time. I go through period where as they are repetitive and them sometimes it can be months. Migraines certainly can be as a result of stress, but then those as myself are unexplained.
I have gone through many series of testing and to date it cannot be determined. I have been getting migraines since I was 8 years old.
I can go to bed fine and feeling great and be awakened in the mid morning with a migraine.

I feel sorry for you.Hope you will be alright soon. I think yours probably might not be stress related. But generally people get it mainly because of stress.

Well, I would think if Migraines were only stress related than why was I not dealing with them the first part of February? The one I just am getting over is I am sure stress related but interesting thoughts for sure. I guess the only way I would ever know for sure is if I kept a record when I get them on what is happening and see if I can find a definate cause for them for sure.
