Video Converter

Does anyone know any good, free video converters that can convert a video into a audio track. I tried the one in Real Player, but it messes up the volume. And btw, please none with any water marks (for videos) and no time restriction for converting.

try ImToo Video Converter or 3gp Mobile Converter. I used it and it works fine in converting video to audio file

Prism Video Converter, by NCH Swiftsound, they have a good reputation, excellent company, their products are the best I've ever experienced. They have trial, free, and paid versions of most softwares, but if you do pay, you certainly get your money's worth. They also are very user-friendly/easy to use.
I find a lot of freeware (not all) doesn't have very good quality especially when it comes to sync.
