These kind of people have different level of interest and directions to life . You have the Lord for your guidance.
The Lord is my light. When the light is on, you have no reason to fear. You can see your way, you can see what you are dealing, with who you are dealing with, what you are facing and dare to cross any bridge or path way.
With the light comes salvation. But again we have to realise, with lights come distractions. Distractions are everywhere to pull you away from the light. That is why God provide us Angels to whisper us, Holy Spirit to mind our thinking, intentions and directions and God give us wisdom so that we are wise and would make the right decissions when the time comes. We have to have faith in the Lord, no matter how many times we fall, just get right up and ask him to help. We are human as he knows it. He created us, he knows us inside out. We can hide and pretend as we know how, but he is still there.
We are different from others who has no Jesus in life. We are stronger and able to survive all kinds of adversity. Jesus the Lord is our life, culture, past, present and future.

Faith is the most important trait that each of us must possess. Imagine to live in this world without faith. Life would be hopeless and no meaning. Faith in God is very important in our everyday struggle in life. This is one of my favorite verse in the bible, from Ephesians 6:16 " Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked."

I am sorry to say that I don't believe a religion made you stronger or better than the others. The above lines sound arrogant. I read bible and I know that Jesus wants us to love other people not to be superior over others who are less fortunate.

I'm sorry if that is how you perceive it. It was merely my feelings and my perceptions through experiences that i have gotten in my life. Didn't mean to sound arrogant and trying to be superior over others. Its the ups and downs in my life which many times was saved by the saviour. If I don't have him to talk to, to cry at, to whisper, and the knowledge of him ever live as a normal human who ever suffered, who was loved, hated and betrayed by his own bestfriend, who had parents that love him, who faced the ups and downs and normal life struggles of a normal human being, I would have given up life.
There's a reason I feel strongly about it. May be I described it wrongly. But my expression is due to my own thoughts of how I would have survive it all without Him and may be indirectly have made me think how do other people survive without him.

Amen to that brother..
I'm pretty sure your Christian...
Well let me tell you something. My father is physicist and I am a psychology major student. So God to me well lets just put it this way..
In theory there is a real God as Albert Einstein said himself, unfortunately he said that we are very insignificant that God does not hear us. God is not a personal God that we pray to. Yes there is a God that I am sure.. and his grand design is amazing PERFECT to be exact. Sad to say that Albert Einstein didn't believe that God could hear us.
I'm sure that there is a God, 100% sure there is. But does God hear us when we call?
I don't know..maybe and I hope he does..
Oh.. I believe that Jesus existed and I also believe in his teachings..
but him being the Messiah.. that I have to think about.

Interesting ...
Perhaps in a related subject, would you be keen to chat about the imperfection in people in general ?
For instance, the way we communicate in words could be simple enough when dealing with e.g. man-made tangible products etc ...
Though when we speak of the Invisible All-Powerful, it seems there could be a chance the limitations in effectiveness of linguistics could get in the way. Would you agree ?
For instance in Islam, it seems referring to the Invisible All-Powerful takes about three paragraphs, I think. Perhaps the reason is that the saying: "we negate what we label" dominates ... e.g. referring to word "God" could become a cliche and so find a different meaning in some minds ...
I think the reason I focus on linguistics is that language is imperfect because it has been "made" by people who are imperfect ... How can we do better in taking to heart the infinite vastness of the Invisible All-Powerful ?
What do you think ?

Having a personal connection with God means we should embrace God in our daily lives. We must pray to Him, read His word, and contemplate on verses in an effort to get to know Him better. We should pray for knowledge, which is the most valuable talent we could ever have. We should take our requests to Him, asking in Jesus' name. Jesus is the one who loves us enough to give His life for us, and He is the one who bridged the gap between us and God.

When all else fails, all we have is our faith. Faith keeps us sane, keeps our hopes up, keeps us believing that there is a greater good. Faith is what makes us distinct. We venerate the Lord Jesus in different ways. I personally lift my life up to Him for salvation. Yes, I believe that keeping our faith in Jesus has helped us in ways we can't even imagine. We should all be thankful to Him. And continue to preach His teachings.

Yes, I am so agree with you. Having him in life help us go through the darkest time. Just when I thought, this is it i'm finished, suddenly something happen. Also, when we have Jesus, he provides us the will to continue. Praise Him.

Being a Christian right attitude and character towards others believer or non believers is the most important. We are here and faith with Jesus to show others our lights given to us. We should shine towards others through our good and loving characters... see you around
