Can i create a new account? My account has been suspended in NeoBux.

My account at neobux has been suspended due to the violation of the terms of sevice 2.8.This was something done unintentionally by someone who didnt read the rules and now i am paying for it.One of my co-worker logged into his account from my pc. Why cant there be a warning or some sort of indication when users use different ip address to log in their account,like onbux? Will it be okay to open a new account at NeoBux from the same pc or ip? Its really frusturating losing all your referalls. :(

I dont think that you can have another account because of many factors. Most importantly your IP address which unless you change will be registered with neobux.The other factor is the paypal account and in India we have to give our pan number which is again tough unless of course you give someone else's to create another account . I would suggest that you contact and request the Admins, they do give you a second chance, It has happened with someone I know...all the best

No friend,Neobux account get disabled if you don't login for 30 days and account get deleted after the period of 60 days.so one can easily create another account from same IP after 60 days.

People use one IP couldn't creat two account.In our university ,we have the same IP.when another people in our university creat a account,my account was banned though i did n't voilate the guidelines.

Yes the NeoBux Admin should come up with a solution for this sort of problem.Many users face account suspension,because someone else registered or logged on their account from your pc or ip address.There should be a warning or some sort of indication,stating that your account could get banned due to violation of rules. People who dont read the instrutions carefully will avoid logging in or regestering into their account. But here one fine day you log on to your account and find your account suspended because someone else logged in from your ip.This is unfair.

I'm am really sorry that this has happened to you. I don't think Neobux allows you to set up a new account when you have had the old account banned because you are only allowed to have one account for each ip or computer address. My advice would be to try to contact the admin of Neobux and explain the problem and mistakes you have made. Maybe the admin of Neobux will be really understanding and reinstate your account again. yes when something of this sort happens unexpectedly,and you loose all your balance and referrals,its really frusturating.The problem is they are not responding to my calls.Though will try writing to them once again. thanks.

Try to contact the admin and explain your situation. If he doesn't lift your ban, just register for OnBux! OnBux is so much better than NeoBux...better rented referrals!

I did try to contact the neobux administration quite a few times,but they dont seem to answer back. yes i am a member at Onbux.

whoo i think it would be lot better if you contact them then only try to register again if they confirm that you can create a new account..... i don't think they would give you your old account back so you would have to start again....but before doing that make sure that they allow you hope they reply to your query soon

yes i wrote to them a couple of times,but they aren't answering my mails,i will write to them regarding opening a new account.

I know understand how you must be feeling and I bet its really frustrating to loose all hard work earning and referrals.you have to start from the down again and you got to wait at least 30 days without singing up again..however you can't use same e-mail,account,paypal,alertpay id's which is more pain.

Yeah its really frusturating,all those effort and referral lost. Regarding opening a new account,are you sure one has to wait for 30days for using the same ip address,is it mentioned in the terms and conditions?

It quite possibly won't allow you to open a new account due to the IP being changed. You could try it and then post on their forums or even contact their support first hand and ask them and just explain the situation. But neobux is generally pretty strict on their TOS and if you / friend broke one of them they probably won't want to help you im afraid. Goodluck

No I dont think you can. it's stated in the rules. You can't have multiple accounts using one computer or one IP address. I suggest that if you really want to create a new account, you can try with a different IP address. Are you using that said computer at work? Do you have a different one at home? It might work but Im not sure.

But my earlier account being suspended,and new account will only be operated from the similar ip,will it be allowed?No right now i dont have one at home.Planning to get one in the near future.

I did try to contact them via support ticket,but of no avail,they dont seem to be interested in sorting out queries or member grivenaces,its really frusturating.
