Where to upload my payment proofs ?

My 4 out of 9 blogs on blogger were removed because of spamming , I had them online since a year. Now I have made blog at different place but I cant upload my payment proofs there so if anyone can suggest me the blog or site where I can post my payment proofs ? I don't like the sites like imageshack.com

You can create a fan page on Facebook and upload your photos there.

I can do it but the quality of the picture decreases , I have found some solution by uploading pictures in as a pdf files.
