stress

stress is a chaotic word...it adds up to its meaning everytime you see it and everytime you face an uncompromising manager. how do you reduce or eventually wear down stress from wearing you down? I sleep less than 4 hours as i seat thinking what to do with the so-very-much-too-low monthly appraisal my boss gives me, which adds up to the trials i get in battling 125 unique 20 something ESL students who see not to get bothered by the idea that a teacher is standing in front of them.
yes, how do you relieve yourself from stress?

We all go through each day with all sorts of activities. Some bring joy, some bring distress. Just have to live with them. After a long day at work, by the time I get back home I feel so exhausted and stressed. My favorite way to get rid of the stresses is to relax and listen to my favorite music CDs, especially the classical music. That certainly helps in getting rid of the stresses of the day.

thanks, guess i have to restart practicing my DM7 again and undo stress with more music!
