I couldn't imagine life without an opportunity to be creative. I am a writer, but that doesn't always mean I can be creative because I have to follow other's wishes if I want to be paid. When I get enough of that kind of work done, then I write creatively. Also, I enjoy needlework of various kinds and seldom follow a pattern completely. There are many other ways to be creative: arranging rooms in the house so they are the most pleasant they can be, planning and planting a garden so that it looks nice and so on and on.

I have always been a creative person. My passion is photography and in turn scrapbooking. I have always loved photography, and 6 years ago I started scrapbooking. I love being able to combine so many elements and memories through journaling to highlight a photo. I would much rather store them in this way than in just a plain photo album. I have completed 8 - 12 x 12 albums each containing at least 20 pages, and 6 - 8 x 8 albums each containing 20 pages. Some layouts will have one photo, some have several photos from a particular event, trip, or just special day.
