hey, i am from bangladesh. i want to know about outsourcing work for my people. someone says that there are freelancers.com, scriptlance.com, odesk.com. i have checked all those link. but there are too many hazards. i have some good webdevelopers. they want do outsourcing work. but its very hard to bid. so do u know is there institution who directly employ free sourcers and pay for their work. i want to know about the survey sites which pays in alertpay and legit also. pls give information regarding this matters.
