neobux problem

I have a problem with neobux, every time I log-in I see available advertisement but when I click these advertisement it say there "Another user using your IP address already viewed this advertisement in the last 24 hours", sad point is this it happen for almost 5 days now. is there someone who can explain about this? what should i do?

I am with neobux, too and I encounter the same problem. I think that the IP address is dynamic. It actually changes. It could be that your previous IP address becomes the IP address of another user. I'm not really sure about this though. As a result of this, there are days when I can't log in to my account. What I do is just to wait and check until my IP address changes. You can check your IP address in this site: http://www.whatismyip.com/. I read an article which recommends that you re-start your computer.
