Education and training is the most important factor for development of human resources. Education and training would give them a greater problem solving ability. Without it they will not be able to make use of their talent properly. Underdeveloped countries must develop means to impart education and training to its citizens.

I know it well that education is vital for development of human resources. But who will provide it? I think the government with active support from various voluntary organizations has to do it.

I have to admit that this discussion definitely didn't go where I was expecting it to go. I think that humans are underused today for a reason, however. In the mechanical world that we live and work in today, humans are utilized for their ability to work as often as they were in the past because machines and robots are able to do things faster and more effectively than humans are able to do them. That is why IT is something that is so important in the world today.

Here where I live we are governed by astringent human resources law. Although there is so much corruption, we are still handled fairly depending on the complaints.

It is certainly is, there is this economy activity of humnam resource called migrate and remittance. The country earns through this process. I think, countries like India, Phillipines and Singapore are known for this activity- have human resource trained and exported to countries where man power is low. The country earns through international exchange rate when these people transmit their money home.It is a huge industry.

Hello doctorDidi!
I totally agree with you that human resource is indeed the greatest wealth an organization or a country have, yet it is the most neglected. as a human resource management officer myself, i have expressed to top management and my colleagues from other organization regarding my sentiments.
One way to effectively utilize human resource is to give them compensation that is due them, while providing them the benefits that they should rightly receive and a working environment which is conducive to good output.
It is a sad reality that many people today work so hard and for so many hours for a meager income, without any overtime pay for service rendered beyond the call of duty. They work under working conditions meant not for human experience.
