How to cure the acne in my chest?

I have a big problem in my chest because i have a lot of acne in my chest and its look ugly because for the scar that acne left and even now my acne in my chest is not gone..please help me how to cure my acne in my chest and also the scar that cause of acne..if you have know some medicine for it please help me,what shall i do to gone the acne in my chest and also the scar.
