Yes you are correct from March onwards new rules will come so all Indians either withdraw money to bank account and who have less than $10 should Send it to another persons PayPal account who have more than $10 and withdraw it I had $2 in my PayPal account since this new rules are coming I invested that $2 in a website so that it will not be lost

It is not a notification from PayPal just use your brain those who have less than $10 cannot withdraw money so from March new rules will come and and after seven days he cannot withdraw money so it will be lost forever so if he want that money he can contact another PayPal member who have more than $10 send his payment to that account and he can withdraw it to Bank account and from him the user can get money.

Hello venkit,
What do you mean? If we have more than 10$ in paypal will be safe then. Earlier I got the notification about the withdrawal of money (as we can’t accumulate earnings and we need to shift the same within the receipt of 7 days). I don’t get any further notice from paypal. I have more than 10$ in my paypal. What do you think, should I transfer money immediately or wait for updates from paypal in March.

yes you can transfer your money to your bank account, thats only possible if you have 10$
so if someone is having less than 10$ how can they use that money after march1st??
they wont be able to transfer it as they dont have minimum balance and they cant use it for online shopping or other services.
so thats the situation that i meant.
it better you transfer your money as early as possible.

I won't withdraw as if this policy of paypal is going to be applied I won't be able to buy anything from my earnings in paypal. I am thinking of investing my money in onbux for upgrade, many users have doubt in onbux but I got paid instantly 3 times in last three weeks .
I have requested my online friend to accept $10 as a reserve fund for me and I can buy anything via him.
I would not transfer less than $50 to my bank account so I would arrange my payout with them.

Ya,its the way to save our money.
But I dont think we will lost our money,I think Paypal will change the rules after March 1.
We should wait more so that they will give new news and alerts about the change which will happen on March 1.
But any way PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE
So withdraw the money as you said or shop quickly from some site.

Well, Where you got the idea that our money may lose?, I don't think so.. If they do like that, it will be consider as cheating, whereas a cheating website can't exist with this much large user..
They may freeze our account who don't have a valid bank account no or withdraw themselves if we have a valid verified account. Even they may change their policies before they came to act.
I think changing our balance into any other Online money processor such as LR, or AP. That would be better, if we don't have trustworthy friends. So nothing to spend our money, so fast. ;D

ok paypal has not told about what will they do after march 1st, if we keep our money in paypal.
even if they keep it as freezed, they will have to answer RBI for freezing and why they dont give interest for the money, if they freeze it for more than 7 days??
so What paypal do in this situationis currently unknown for us, so i just gave the ALERT. Actually this is now in a unpredictable situation in paypal, that what happens if we keep our money in paypal after march 1st.
And you cant firmly say that we will not loss the money, and they will only freeze.
anyway lets watchout.

Why? Is paypal no more available in India. For 10$ you only can but a domain
