I don't think there are a lot of bingo sites out there that still do that (no deposit, plus withdraw winnings). Any site that does that will most likely set a high minimum payout, plus the amount of games you can partake in will be restricted. I could be wrong, though, so you have to do your own research. If you do find one, read the terms and conditions THOROUGHLY. The ones I personally use that have worked for me are Paddy Power Bingo and Tombola (both require deposits). However, as I'm sure you know: - it doesn't mean these will work for you, and - I don't expect to win consistently I don't know if either one of these sites are open internationally - they do accept Paypal so I'm thinking perhaps they are.
