triond - exchange traffic sites

Anyone who knows if it's legal to submit your url from your triond articles into "Traffic exchange" sites as "hits4u".
I would be very happy, if anyone knew anything about this.

Your Triond account will be suspended ASAP as they find out the traffic comes from paid traffic sites or exchange...
