How to get a lean healthy body??

It was so hard to lose weight without knowing what to eat and what particular diet to be followed. Some are trying to lose weight for a couple of years, though they successfully loosen weight, after few month it will back again and sometimes doubled the size of loosen weigh.
Some went to gym to have an exercise but only at first, at the end they get tired and stop then go back to their daily habit.
What do we gonna do to maintain a healthy lifestyle if we can't help our desire to eat?

We do have total control over what we think, do, and eat. Being healthy is as simple as thinking about being healthier and leaner. I like to imagine myself the way I want to look and feel and really soak that in. Slowly the reality starts matching up with your dream, and it just gets easier and easier to do. I love to exercise, do yoga, and eat foods that give me energy and that really good content feeling. Believing that you can become healthier by thinking different healthier thoughts is my key to staying fit for life.

There is enough information available on the net as to what to eat and what workouts are suitable. That is the least of all the problems we face when we set out to have lean and healthy bodies.
It is our minds that trick us into being what we are. Resolve and stick to that resolve no matter what. Temptation is the villain here. Rise above that and you will get what you desire.

First, the decision to lose weight or maintain a lean body has to be made with determination. Create a weight-loss program that suits for you. If you have extra money, then you can seek professional help (eg. trainor). I believe that the attitude is very important. Some people start a weight-loss program but lose interest afterwards. I have a lot of articles and their common emphasis is to eat in moderation and regular exercise. It does not mean that we deprive ourselves of the food that we want to eat. We just have to eat in proper amount and cut down on food that are unhealthy. If you are craving for chocolate, for instance, you can eat a small piece and not the whole bar or two. Exercising does not necessarily mean that you enroll in a gym glass. There a lot of videos available in the market and exercise equipment. Doing simple tasks such as walking or taking the stairs instead of riding in the elevator are already ways to lose calories. Maintaining a healthy and lean body really requires discipline.

Gaining a healthy and lean body requires life changing habits. Some can loose weight and not able to keep it off as our life style habits must be changed for life in order to maintain.
That includes a positive approach and healthy mind to continue. Diet and exercise will not work if one splurges way too often and give up. It has to be part of our lives forever. Taking the right approach can mean increasing our intakes so as long we eat the proper foods.

As i have seen on TV's biggest loser, the trainor said that we could eat as much as we like, as long as we compensate it with hours of work-outs. And i guess, that is very true because those participants realyy lost almost half of their wight after the show! Amazing !
My only problem though when i tend to add weight is my tummy, it gets bigger!

First of all, it's not important to be lean and thin. The main thing is to be fit and healthy and you can be, if you change your lifestyle a little bit. Many people go for a gym to loose weight, spending hours in doing exercises. The same can be done in some other and enjoyable manner. I mean, instead of working-out for hrs in gym, you can play outdoor games, morning walks. This will help you in increasing your endurance, stamina and keeps you healthy and fit.
So far as the prob. of eating, you should take 5-10 glass of water daily. Also, try to take luke warm water once or twice a day. Try to use lemonade drink as you getup it the morning. It helps in burning fats, boost earning level, helps reducing high cholesterol, increase metabolism, release toxic waste products.
Also, try not to take much spicy n oily meal. There is hardly to chance your normal diet habits. Drink juice, etc.
