How to get rid of belly fats

i am having trouble with my belly fats, is getting bigger and i want to reduce it for more than 8 inches. but no matter what i do. even i work out 1 1/2 hrs a day and cut my meals, it's still doesn't work. What is the proper way to get rid of belly fats?

Hey Adrian
I know what it is like to want to lose weight. One thing that can help is exercise in the morning cause that is when your metabolism is the highest. As well if you drink a cup of coffee before you workout ( about 15- 20 minutes before.) it will increase your metabolism even more.

is coffee really increase our metabolism. I'll try it out even i am not a coffee drinker just to get rid of this fats. thanks dude!

Hey adrian,
I know what you are talking about. I found that belly fat is going to disappear, when you cut out starches even if they are whole grain like rice, potatoes, pasta and breads. Everything else you can eat as much as you want until you feel full.
This will get rid of your belly fat for sure.
