love in your office?

Are there some love affairs happen in your office ?Some one hates this, says it will harm the office atmosphere and decrease the efficiency of work , and in some area , it's very dangerous ,for example, finance or human resouce. what do you think ? IF you are the one, you true love are there?

Yes, some employers do not agree with office romance or relationship. They say it's not good for the working atmosphere and for some other reasons benificials only to employers. My husband and I met in the office but after we get married, he resigned and took another work in order not to compromise our means of livelihood!

Some companies actually discourage office romances for reasons you've mentioned. Those reasons are true, and I've personally witnessed the decrease in efficiency and productivity of those involved especially when they have disagreements or fights. And this eventually affects the team. Worse is when the office romance involved a manager and his staff. Sometimes biasness or partiality happens. I personally think that romance and office work don't mix, but there's no way you can prevent people from falling in love. Love hits you at any time and place. I'm fortunate that I haven't been in this situation for if it had happen to me, I would resign from work.
