I dont want to keep on changing work but I dont have any choice because here in our country we have a contractual workers. Once the contract ends, its up to the company to renew or end the contract. I keep on having my contract ends and company will never renew it. So I end up looking another work. I am 29 years old and I got 8 companies that I worked for. I am working right now, still looking for a greener pasture.

I dont think so that they have law protecting the labor. In some aspects yeah, we have some labor code but not really in general that would protect the laborer. Sometimes we end up being the aggrieve but we could not do anything about it. But just to let go and wont do any legal actions.

I have had many different jobs. I have worked in nursing homes, home health care teams, kindergartens, homes for people with special needs etc. I know that there are some advantages about keeping the same job for a long time like a higher salary and lots of experience in that field, but I prefer to try many different kinds of things instead of staying at one place. When I try something new I get new challenges and I learn new things, I really like that. I work with people and my experience from different jobs have often been an advantage for me and because I have learned something from every job.

Hi there, I am also into changing jobs. I am almost 40 and this current company I'm working with is my 7th. The longest I am into the job is 7 years and the shortest is 4 months.
At my present I am into my one year in March. I like working for organizations that has projects that is short lived because I get bored easily and don't like when things are not a bit to your style. But now since I am hitting my forties I consider working for a long time for security sake but I really don't know. I like to work and experience other organizations or company.
