I was afraid that the deer were going to run into the school bus

Every morning my son and I go to the front of our property and wait for the school bus in my car. This morning while waiting for the school bus I seen at least 8 deer. They were on our property 4 of them ran across the street one at a time.I showed them to my son. I seen the bus coming and I still seen a lot of deer in the field going towards the road.I told my son, hopefully the bus driver seen the deer so he will be careful for when the other deer that are in the field run in the street.
The deer that were still in the field stood still and was looking at the bus coming from a distance then ran back to where they came from. I thought that was neat. Usually deer don't pay attention that good.

Thank you for commenting. Yes, the best thing to do is always pretend that the deer are going to run across the street at anytime because deer can be where you can't see them and then there they are when it is too late.

Deers have very kind nature. Deers are so attractive but I feel deers give lot of importance. They give lot of attention to the sounds and they just run. That was really neat of that pretty animal.

Thank you for commenting.They do seem like they can hear real good and get spooked by the sounds. They make a tool that goes on cars that is supposed to make a silent whistle sound from the wind that is supposed to scare the deer from going towards your vehicle. I don't know if it works or not though.

It is always interesting to see deer in the road. I know when bow hunting season started in an area that wasn't too far from where I was living, the deer would show up in our yard in the evening because it was outside of the hunting area. Sometimes I would come home in the evening and there would be several standing there. When they would see us, they would run, but it was nice to see them. Animals are usually pretty smart. I'd be more worried in the evening when there would be shadows from the lights that might spook them. Have a great day!

We see deer in roads more often during hunting season because they are running everywhere trying to be safe.It is real nice seeing the deer when they are relaxing and don't see us. We can see them better. I bet that was neat seeing the deer in your yard.
Yeah, at night is when vehicles do hit deer more often. You have a great day too and thank you for coming by and visiting!

Deer are such pretty animals to watch. Watching from a distance is the best bet. You can never be too trusting of what an animal may do. they don't read the same rules that we do.@margeryann (1845)

Poor deers, as I think that most times they run so quickly across is because they are scared out of their wits. So to see what you saw means the deer actually had a moment of thought. Yeah deer!!

Thank you for commenting. I think you're right. They are so used to people trying to kill them, that they don't know when it's going to happen.It was pretty neat to see them stare at the bus and stay still for a while. They didn't turn around to go back where they came from until the bus went by.

I have never seen a deer in my life. But if you were afraid of deer while seeing them. So i can imagine what will happen to me when i will see a deer in my life in future. Actually, it is perception in everybody that they are very dangerous and they love killing people. I think this is the only animal who is always after human. SO beware of deer in future as well.

Thank you for commenting.I've seen lots of deer in my life. I'm not afraid of them. I've never had one ever try to hurt me. They see me they look at me for a while then run. LOL.
