I am not happy to find out the hard way you can not paste in here because I just spent an hour writing a new thread and then mylot would not let me post it. So I copy'd my own work and tried to reload the page and paste my own work back on the discussion board and was refused. Now my topic has changed to this.
What do think about this policy, because I wouldn't cut and paste someone else's work ever.

Hello VisionTech and welcome to myLot.
It is not that you can't copy/paste because you are not entrusted dear. In FAQ and guidelines it clearly states that as soon as your participation points reach 500, then you will be able to copy paste.
Participation privileges as follows:
100 = Star reputation begins
200 = Use of myLot code similes
500 = Copy pasting privileges and ability to upload photos to discussion responses and discussions.
It would be most recommended that you visit the guideline link and FAQ link so that you get acquainted with all the rules:

Thank you for posting this; I read it and remembered there was something at 100 but couldn't remember what it was. Now that gives an incentive to push for those next few posts!

I agree! It stirred my researching gland and i started to find out more on the structure of mylot. It is somewhat a market platform where anyone with the best product, so to speak gets rewarded the best. Including conversation wise!

I am fully agree with hardworkinggurl. As a new user confusion is a common thing.
Regular hardwork and constructional way of debating can gives you full satisfaction.
I am sure that here you can found good friends and good mind relief. Stress is the most common problem for all, we can overcome that here.
Read again and again the mylot guilines upto perfection.

Hi Vison,
I also found it the hard way when I could not paste my prepared work beforehand. However, if you read the guidelines, there's a reason for this. It is designed to prevent plagiarism. Even if you personally would not copy someone else work, there are others who may, so lets just bear with this guideline.
Don't despair, if you can establish yourself here as a good writer, you may be able to do it. All it take is to reach a minimum number of 500 posts and you'll be copying and pasting to your heart's content.

I assumed that your not yet read the FAQ and guidelines here that's why coming this questions. I understand that because like you me also in my first time here posting and participating and others then found some for me are unfair but in reality was my fault. Like other suggestions

I understand that they want you to be original but you can not write in this box and then copy and paste it in the same box if it get somehow erased. Some how I erased my own work and remembered I had copied it for safe keeping reasons. It was a long discussion. That was the frustration for the time.
