Have been able to quit smoking in the last couple years or are in the process of doing so? What products are you using? Or are you just doing it cold turkey?

I have smoked just about all my life. I am 68 & i probably started when i was 13-14.

You have to ready and determined. Then you pick a date and go for it. Most people quit several times before actually being able to do it with any finality.
