Laughter is the best medicine. When we laugh, there's a feeling of relief in our self which we can't explain.I once read an article in a magazine that says "30 seconds burst of laughter is equivalent to 45 minutes physical workout". Do you agree to this?

Yes, indeed, laughter is the best medicine. When I feel so blue, I hang out with my friends who are comedians, and I just listen to their funny stories and antics and laugh my heart out. I feel somewhat relieved afterwards. An article I've come across suggests that we incorporate laughter into our daily activities because a study has shown that laughter is correlated with the prevention of heart disease.

Laughter is correlated with the prevention of heart disease???Sounds interesting for me, because my latest ecg result is somewhat abnormal and I was advice to do regular exercise.I think, I will take this seriously.Thanks for the tips!

OMG!
Are you kidding me?? who else doesn't believe that laughter primarily doesn't help you in any way?! pyschiologically speaking laughter systematically stimualtes to release these significant hormones in our body which then affects our entire system and manifest in our mood and mentality even when we go to sleep after. Some countries I might say establish a laughter program as an alternative of being relaxed and motivated specially those people who have a tired and stressfull life!
