I am so tired of being broke. People judge you on your financial status these days and if you don't got money then you don't got nothing. How can I be successful? How can I be stable? If your going through what I'm going through share your story and If you have overcome this please share. I'm open to all ideas. But please give me Positive information. Haters please step step down.

I hate it when I see someone I know from high school knowing that saying hi to them would lead to things like "oh so what are you doing now?" when I'm not really doing anything now. It's kinda embarrassing, but I'd rather be doing something I love than slave away in an office.
What do you love doing? I guess that's a start to being successful. Alongside that, think about doing something that makes other people happy as well :)

I guess you wouldn't post on mylot if you weren't tired of being broke... The problem of our society is that 5% of the population has 95% of the world's money.

First, you have to stop worrying about what people think of you. They're judgment(s) don't count. What matters is what God thinks of you, and what you think of you. God loves you and says you can do all things through His son, Christ Jesus, because he strengthens you and makes you able to overcome anything. Secondly, find out what your gifts are. What are you good at? What do you especially like to do? Work on developing those gifts and making them work for you. Thirdly, but most importantly, the Bible tells us to commit all our works to the Lord, and then everything we do will prosper. Let Him lead you-He will. May He bless you and grant you great favor and success, my friend.

Many years ago I found the answer to your question and it worked out for me.
Never work for money!
Find a job you enjoy doing, do the job well, and the money will come to you. In other words- Love your work! Do your best work and you will be well Rewarded!( Every employer searches for employees who Love their work!)

First, don't give up!
You have to find something that you love and invest in it time and effort.
In the judaism there is a phrase that is saying: (in free translation) - "you made an effort and you have found (succeeded) - believe, you didn't made an effort and you have found - don't believe."
the deep meaning of this phrase is that the effort is the important thing because the other things is not realy by our control. the effort is the thing that make you feel whorthy when you get the rusults of success or/and money. that you didn't got a free present from good, that you are not a beggar or a puppet of god.

I never been in that situation before. But nearly feel that way yet it just a feeling. There are still ways to earn money. I know and understand that people will slightly feel bad to people who do not have money but do not give up. Seek for ways and jobs to earn. And do not care about others. We do not do them harm so let them be that way.

I totally get your point, I don't think I am totally broke, but I do get short sometimes, but I don't want to get another loan, so I just try to make it until the next salary.. but yeah, it is tiring to be always budgeting your money, and thinking of ways to save so you can stretch your budget for another week. I think it's better to take the frustration to a positive thing, like finding more ways of earning money, or looking for another job with higher compensation (and this is what I'm doing right now!)

Yes I am! I'm so sick and tired of having not enough money and in effect not being able to fulfill my dreams! It's just so sad. But I still have hopes though. What I do is I keep on looking for ways to earn extra income such as online jobs or freelancing on what I like to do or joining direct selling businesses. I still haven't been to the point of being very successful though but I know that someday I will be. I also read some articles and magazines about success stories of people and businessmen to keep me inspired and fueled. I think we just have to be patient enough and not give up hope and continue to pursue our passion and sooner, we can all get the financial freedom that we want ^^

Oh it's really tough these days. I just quit my job last December and until now I've got no replacements yet. My friends are already bullying/mocking for being broke all the time whenever they invite me to hang-out with them. I am so pathetic. I always stay at home. Although I'm searching earnestly for jobs but still I have no responses yet. I'm sick and tired of this unemployment issue.
