Dog eat dog, lizard eat lizard....

I guess the animal instinct in us has awaken. It's survival of the fittest. Too little resources for too many people. And if we don't strengthen the moral and ethical part of us, we'd revert back to the stone age.

Environmental Pollution is the cause of these phenomena should be deformed. it causes genetic mutations of the animals. that's what we need to reconsider !

I wonder about that too, so many times. Is it a way that nature wants to keep the species in safe numbers? Yet human beings are the biggest predators and we have destroyed the balance in our planet. We have a concience, it seems alligators don´t. Why, I wonder, don´t we think of our children and granchildren when we use more than our share of the bounty of the planet?

For em because the more influence of that kind of thing is Satan the ruler of this System they gambling any situation to make worse about the danger.

HI Lady! Why some animals eat their own species or offspring? For me it is natural. We do not know why but we may guess several reasons why the did so. But the animals knows very well what's good for their species. I do not think that there is no reason for them to eat their own species.The above reasons given by the others may be acceptable but till know we are not really sure and there is no exact answer why they eat the young.

hi lady, you r right.what happened to the world? forget animals even men has started eating(killing) men.today just for the sake of lil amount of money people are ready to kill each other.is that what we are made for.and this has spread everywhere crime is raising everywhere. we can just pray to god that this thing stop.

Cannibalism among animals is not as frequent. Though there are a few species who eat their congeners. I knew about the sharks, scorpions and spiders and also I knew about the famous mantis female who eats his mate after mating. Some females eat their offsprings if they are not viable (female rabits or female fish do so). I think it's most like a proverb used when someone want to say that people are looking out for their own interests. A dog may fight and kill other dog, but I haven't heared of a cannibal dog.

With regards with the animals that you mentioned, it is only natural for them to have a cannibalistic instinct (specially for those carnivore ones). It is their habitat. So do not be sad with this animals. And for the people killing each other, some of the people just do it for living. There are some hired killers that were payed just to killed someone. And as the bible has said, we are now living in the last days where many people will kill each other. We just have to pray enough that this things will eventually stop someday.
