Pacquiao vs Mosley Who's the Man?

We all know that Pacquiao is an 8-division world champion. Capable of bringing down his opponent by powerful punches with incredible speed. Many renowned boxers like Oscar De La Hoya, Miguel Cotto and Antonio Margarito felt the fury of this man.
Many boxing fans like myself are still hoping for the Pacquiao-Mayweather dream fight. But for now we are given- Shane Mosley. Mosley is also known for bringing down powerful fighters like Jose Luis Cruz and Fernando Vargas.
Mosley is 7 years older than Pacquiao. Would it be a deciding factor in this match? or would it favor Pacquiao?
