I was in the UK in 2007 and I never planned or dreamed or even had interest of visiting London. I spent my 45 days in the Northeast of England, Northumbria until Edinburgh in Scotland. I was able to visit Harry Potter's castle, Alnwick Castle and a lot more interesting places in the Northeast. My entry point was Heathrow in London then I transferred terminal to take the NCL flight. Heathrow was a nightmare for me so what more could be London? I think of London to be a very busy place, mixed of nationalities, a chaotic environment, an unsafe place and always a target of terrorism. There are still a lot of places in this world to visit, London is not yet in my list, like NY, I was in the US in 2009 but never interested to see that place as well. I should have a very valid reason to set my foot on its soil.

I am mostly familiar with Bayswater and Notting Hill, because I used to have a relative who lived in Notting Hill, and when I've been to London as a tourist, I have always stayed in Bayswater. I absolutely love those parts of London!

Unfortunately I've never had the chance to visit London and it is one of my dreams to see it. I can't give an opinion about London from a personal experience, but from what I've seen mostly on TV and internet I think there are many places in London worth visiting. I'm specifically interested in Thames House where MI-5 is located and there is a big bookstore somewhere in the city center, it's name I think begins with "W" (I'm not very sure, though)... I saw part of it in a documentary, it seemed huge. Just for my taste.

Ever since I started watching Harry Potter, I've dreamed of going to London someday. I want to experience their unique culture and meet English people. As well as I like the way they talk they are so polite.
