What is Greg's Web Server?

Please help me, mylot friends. I am having problem with Google Chrome. I am using that browser but now I cannot. All web pages are the same and it is Greg's Web Server which can be found at 108.3.184.2. I remove and download Google Chrome again, hoping it will work now but nothing changed. I also download Zafari but Greg's Web server is the one loading there too. I also tried IE and Greg is there too.. Oh please, help me... Thank you in advance people.!
