In my view, it's not strange to hear such news. Suppose that a person has enormous power which is not supervised and restricted, how could he restrain the impulse of abuse such power. Nowadays more and more people have realized that the serious corruption results from the inherent flaw of the current political system. The only effective way to prevent corruption is to speed up the political reform. But as we all know, those officials who enjoy the benefits of unlimited power dislike such reform and have been hindering the reform all the time.

it wouldn't be a news in reality i think in the majority of cases all politicians are involved in corruption more or few...you know the price of power is like that normally...unlucky..
