My 9 year old son is still getting fevers today off and on. During the off time he was wanting to be hyper which isn't good when he is sick so I had him do his homework to get it over with and so he wouldn't be so hyper.I was just going to have him do his spelling during that time but he said that he wanted to get it all done and over with.
While he was writing his spelling words he said that he could write his words quicker if he could use 2 pencils at the same time to write his words and then he he could write 2 words at a time. I thought that was funny so I had to share it.

I like your child.
Children are very much active and intelligent,
as a parent, one thing we have to do is, digg their talent, have to find in which filed they are showing much interest.
and take care of your lovely child.
God bless your child, special prayers from my side.

If you use 2 pencils you can write 2 words at a time? Well that would be nice if it could happen, but I think the only way would be if you could figure out how to write with both hands at the same time, and have everything be just as ledgible. I know this is something I don't think I could achieve but an interesting thought.

Yes, it would be cool if we could do that it would be hard to think about writing in two places at once too. I don't think I could achieve it either.

Isn't that great that when you are nine you think you can do anything. How did his two sets of words look? Were any of them are readable? I hope he gets to feeling better soon. I bet he is, because it is the weekend now.

He didn't write the words with 2 pencils because they would be sloppy and his teachers would count them wrong. He needs to try to do it when he feels good during his free time just to see how it turns out. He is still sick but today his fever didn't come back. He is coughing real bad still but that isn't as scary as the fever.

That's really funny! How was he able to come up with that idea? Is he just joking or he really believes he could write two words when he uses two pencils at a time?
Children could be really so funny. I also do observe how funny they could really be. They utter words beyond your imagination and even ask questions beyond your ability to respond. I think a child is the cutest thing ever.

I think he meant it but I don't think that would turn out very well.Children can be very funny them being serious like that.My son always asks me questions that I don't know the answers too and he will get mad sometimes on me not being able to answer them.

Lol.. Your son is very funny. It is a pleasure to see him so full of jokes while he is still ill. My kids fever was the same too. It is on then it is off. Their fever drops down lower then it gets right back higher. They both had fevers for almost a week. Both my son and daughter. I am sure his silly remark made you smile. It made me smile too. I hope that your son feels so much more better very soon.

Thank you for commenting. He can be very funny sometimes. He know how to make people laugh. It seems like some kind of sickness is constantly spreading. Thank you for caring. I hope your kids don't get sick anymore anytime soon.Sickness have been a come and go situation to a lot of people so far this year already. You have a good weekend.

That's why most of the topics I've posted here came from my son. He just turned 7, and boy, he really have lots of ideas that sometimes we adults had taken for granted. I sometimes wish that politicians would consult children instead of their high-paid consultants. Children come up with simple yet effective ideas, and they don't have ulterior motives for doing it. Hope your son gets well soon. My son's also sick today and had to miss school.

That is very sweet of your child.. I really admire children. Sometimes I wish I can be a youngster by heart. Even am growing old, I still want to have the feeling that being a child is a gift and not a trial. We have no problems to worry and we only cry if we need something so that someone will attend to our needs.
Thanks for sharing. Have a good day.

He's such a sweet and funny boy. I love little boys and wished I had one like him. I enjoy being with these witty and funny little angels. I enjoy teaching them some games. Oh, I really miss my previous job, with those little cute angels!

Thank you for commenting. You sure can tell when a hyper kid like mine and your granddaughter aren't feeling well because they can't stay still for a long time normally.I'm glad that you get to enjoy your granddaughter. That is real cool.
