Cooking and baking

I'm so into cooking in general. I also like cooking stews or viand dishes and I also like outdoor cooking. But what I really really love is baking! Since I was a kid I've always wanted to bake. I think I was influenced by my mom because she used to go to a culinary school before which specializes in baking and we have lots of baking stuff in our kitchen (including a tiny stove coz we couldn't afford the big one). My mom also brings so many pictures of cakes and muffins and cookies and my brother and I will always look at them drooling, LOL! At school when we were asked what we wanted to be when we grow up, I said I wanted to be a baker. But my so-called friend laughed at me because the concept of a baker at that time was to make breads and sell at a bakery and that job wasn't really a very attractive one for many coz at that time, professional jobs such as lawyer, doctor, etc are the more popular ones. It didn't stop me from dreaming of becoming a baker though. Even until now every time I pass by a bakery and see a glimpse of the bakers kneading a dough I always love to stop and watch it, LOL! During high school I had the chance to bake at our culinary subject. It was such a memorable time for me. We were able to make a cake, frost a cake, make french bread, pies, cookies, etc etc! I think the only thing that's stopping me from baking is the fact that we can't afford an oven yet. But my husband promised that someday when we get to buy our own house he would buy me an oven and that our kitchen will be huge so that we can both enjoy cooking together (he's also into cooking too)

I like BBQ too...i will try different kinds of meat to BBQ. have you tried to BBQ a fish?
