Hi there friends....
I am from Malaysia . I am a dog lover just like most people out there.
Here in this country stray dogs capturing and management really in a very worrying condition. Is there any other way rather than capturing and killing these stray dogs to control its 'population' growth?
If anyone from other countries can give some information on how the authorities in your country are dealing with this problem?
I just had enough with whats going on here, especially on the actions local authorities are conducting to solve this problem..please watch this clip on youtube, just click dog abuse and watch

In the USA, we have what is called Trap, Neuter, Spay, Release @malleshrau . The animal is caught in a safe trap, taken to a veterinarian to be neutered or spayed and then released back where they were found. That way they can't keep populating. That is for dogs and cats. You may want to see if there are any organizations in your area that will do that or petition the city you live in to come up with that plan.
