I cannot believe this saying. However I will hate a person who I dont like her at the first sight. I cant hate the person who I loved .Maybe he hurt me hard or cheatme often ,but I think I loved him and althouth we cannot be together in the futur, I hope he will be better

this is right.
we hate only those whom we ever has concerned with.
so i would say love and hate are two sides of coin.

Simply because, if you ignore a person then it means you are not concerned of him anymore. But if you are so angry because of something then that means you are so aware of his presence and then you can easily be affected of what's happening.
