add debitcard to paypal

Is it possible to add visa electron debitcard into my paypal account?

I have an account in Syndicate bank.So i have a visa electron debit card.Can i use it for my paypal account.Somebody help me.

Yes you can add this card to your paypal account. Syndicate bank debit card is vallied for all online transactions.

Yes it is possible...But i don't know the exact procedure,because i tried for mine and failed so if you know from someone else and you did it successfully,please let me know.
