I definitely agree with you, sunial. :) As the old saying goes no man is an island, I believe that everyone of us live to relate to others. I mean, imagine a world where no one gives a damn about other people and everyone just goes about living without actually relating. It's an emotionless world which in our case as humans is impossible to create. We are relational beings and it is in our nature to relate to people like ourselves. Socialization paved the way for civilization and in that way, we were able to build nations that function as one. Besides, a cookie tastes better if you have someone to share it with in the same manner that a wound would feel less painful if there's someone who tells you it's just a scratch. :)
