Can someone with not much technical knowledge join odesk???? If yes then which type of work will be available to him/her?

Most of the jobs in the "Administrative Support" category do not require any special skill, though they not pay much. I think that the best option is to learn either a popular programming language or designing (or of course both if you want). This will take some time, but these jobs are more rewarding.

I know C++ and Java but will these 2 programming languages will be enough to get me work on odesk????

Yes, you can find good jobs by knowing these languages, but this type of opportunities are limited. For C++ and Java related jobs you should try Freelancer. At Odesk it is more important to know web programming languages like PHP, HTML, CSS, etc. (just my experience).

Yes. There are jobs in odesk which do not require technical skills. Some of these jobs involve data entry, copy and paste, blogging, email response/handling, customer service, etc. It is worth the try. Patience is the key, however. Good luck.
