starting a parenting magazine

I am trying to start up a parenting magazine! YAY!
Anyway, wondering ifa nyone has any tips, things I should know etc.
I am trying to get people to send their info in to an email address but I dont think I can post it on here, so if you want it please pm me. I am giving 5 issues away free If we use your response!
Anyway, Is it tough to start a mag? Do you think its a good idea? What are your thoughts on parenting magazines?

Parenting is a tough job, as you need to balance your work, kids and husbands plus your house you also need to keep it in good shape. So I guess my thought about having a parenting magazines is really tough one. The issues that today's mom is the time management.
