Can we install peer gomez and cashgopher at the same time?

Truthfully, I am afraid to install anything on my computer. I do have a reliable anti-virus but prevention is always the key. However, If ever I decided to install either one of them... my questions are..is it safe? will it not access my personal files? will it slow down my computer? is it worth it? will it really pay? and lastly, can we install both peer gomez and cashgopher at the same time? I have browse some of the discussions here about this two sites. Some say good things about peer gomez.Some say good things about cashgopher esp that it is from mylot.Rate will always depend on the location. But ofcourse, there are always negative feedbacks or comments... such as low rate, pop-ups, slow performsnce,viruses etc. But then theres always a rebuttal. What can we do is to try it so that we can answer the question ourselves. But can we take the risk?
