Life Changing Experience

what is the most life-changing experience you have gone through? would you do it again? why or why not?
my mother died when i was 7 years old, thats as life-changing as it gets. i was so angry for so long, but then realized that if that wouldnt have happened, i would not have met the people that are closest to me, i wouldnt be who i am today and know what i know. i miss her, but i wouldnt take it back.

Yes I think when my father passed away was a definite life changing experience for me, no longer was my life ..just me. I had a mother with alzheimers to care for, a full time job, life was not the same but I can say little by little I became such a strong person where before I was a little wek and selfish I guess.

sometimes it takes catastrophic events to make us realize that we are so much stronger than we knew :)
