Can you live without computer/laptop?

I can live without any gadgets in my life. But with the nature of business I am in right now, laptop and cellphones are much needed for me to monitor them efficiently. That doesn't mean I am dependent to it. I just need to level up so as to fast track in monitoring my own business.

I've had access to a computer in my home since I was a teenager. That said, I've been using a computer on a daily basis since that time and now that I am a stay at home mother, I use a computer even more than I used to. This is the reason that I don't think that I would be able to live without my computer for an extended period of time. Now, for short and isolated periods of time, I am able to go without the computer.

Hi.:) LIke you I can live without gadgets.Though , these things made my life easier but I can still survive even without any gadgets to use.I love the simple life . I can even live without a phone. Well, I came from the generation when cell phones or telephones do not exist yet.Am I that old! Heck, no, but in the province where I grew up, phones were introduced only recently. As long as there are books. I don't mind having or not having what they call latest technologies.

no, sorry. I am a gadget person. I can live without any louis vuitton bags or jimmy choo shoes.. but, I cannot live without my laptop!:(

Computer or laptop has become part of my life now. Everyday, I need a computer to do certain tasks. But it is not the must. When there isn't any computer or laptop for me, for sure I shall not comfortable at all. This is my daily habit to use it. Anyhow, I still can make myself busy in doing other matters during my spare times.

I Dont Think i could give up my gadgets especially my laptop. I use if for work, entertainment and i find it an easy and cheep method for keeping in touch with family and friends.

When I was 16 years old I touched a computer for the first time and thought that it wasn't something I could ever enjoy doing was computing. I liked writing with my pen on paper. During my university years I liked to write my assignments unless the lecturer said word processing was essential. When I began my first teaching position the head teacher wanted me to improve my computer skills. Then came an opportunity called the half price computers for teachers. I jumped at that chance and then slowly got into Internet, email and teaching sites. Many years later I am here with my laptop and I don't think I would be able to live without a laptop or a computer. I love going on to the Internet to go on to My Lot. So I have changed a great deal.

Definitely not. I spent much time in front of my computer. I'm trying to get money from the internet and leave the current job. It makes computer becomes an important thing for me and I could spend all day sitting in front of it.

I am sure it would be quite possible t leive without a computer. We lived without computers in the past. it would be a bit more difficult now. Technology has advanced so far that computers become more and more necessary to our lives.

without cellphone is yes but laptop??? A big No~Unless there is no t even single computer in this whole world then we like it or not we need to give up and depend on it. But if it for testing, no.....I want to surf the internet everyday.If it not everyday once a week please~

If you do that, how are you going to keep in touch with friends in here? You don't want us anymore? That'll be so sad. Please don't take my computer away, unless situation forces me to give it up completely. Maybe when that comes, it's time to go off forever...across the bridge. Yes, then I'll fly away.

I would love to say yes because I really want a simple life but in this fast pace life we have now, we really have to keep up especially with the kids growing more and learning much faster with these high tech gadgets

Hey invisiblelady, Living without a computer/laptop is obviously possible. Before they were invented, we were living without it. However, it would be extremely difficult. It might be impossible to live without them with your own will, not being forced. A computer/laptop is essential in the modern world. We had grown very adapted to these. I probably could live without a computer or laptop.

yes you are right.But I personally believe that computer/Laptop are now a days been part of our life as we can live without it but if we try to do so we will surely feel something missing which should have to be with us.so I think we can live without it but it is like one of the important part of our life so without it we will feel quite lonely.and also mostly peoples are very much habitual of this gadgets so it would not be proper living if we try to live without computer/laptop.

i use my lapotp more at work... so if i can not use it maybe i can go back to basics. its hard but i can live. i dont want to be dependent on things like this. one way or another it might break ot get virus so i still need to make sure i can get back to basic. its a fast phasing life we have already. everything is computerized but i guess we can still live without it. i cant live without food har har har but i can live without laptop.

I would not be able to live without a computer. My work and job is so reliable on having a computer and without the computer at work things would take me alot longer to look up. Im always looking up phone numbers to different places or looking up prices online for different items that a customer wants. I work in the construction field and need the computer everyday for the guys on the road when they might be lost or if they need a hardware store close by to where they are working. I also love to have the computer when i know i can make money through the computer and without the computer i wouldnt be making an extra income online. I love my little bit of extra income every month and without the computer i wouldnt be able to do so. I will be receiving an Iphone tommorrow and cant wait for that to come as i will be able to access mylot through that and will be able to do that while im on the road or just out and about and being able to make money through my cell phone will be great and im just excited about that.

noooooooooooooooooo i can't i use my computer for everything. and everything is on it, its how i make money and everything else so i can't or i would have no money

even having a laptop or a pc but if you dont have a internet connection it still hard to survive lol
