can u gave some opinion or details on how to become a good in business?

this my problem of mind on how to operate this small business because i have no idea on how to improve this and it is hard to start if i have no idea thanks for helping.

you need to describe the type of business you are in - is it a service or hospitality business? do you sell products or serve people? Is it an online business? Actually, unless we know what type of small business you are operating we cannot advise on how to improve it...
