Hey I need help for my diet!

Ok! my situation is not that bad but I wanna improve myself a little more.
So! what should I eat to make me have better facial skin (brighter, and reduce scares left by pimples =. =) ?
P.s: I just been thru a very bad facial situation, my face is healing now, but there's a lot of scares and holes left over in my face is there anyway to heal it eventually.

heyy,,what are u doing with ur face?iam one of those who fear having to do something on my skin, altough just facial on salon :-)
i prefer on natural way, like using lemon juice, to the brighten the face and water use of stale tea :-)

The most important thing is to drink plenty of water during the day.
you should also avoid from fried food and fat cheese.
try to eat a small meal every three hours (itcan be even an apple or an energy bar), so that your matebolisem will work better.
exercising is also an important for your success (at least 3 times a week) and i also reccomend you to look on the net for natural face masks that you can make at home by yourself because these are the best!

Exercise to build up your metabolism. Eat at least three sensible well balanced meals that include fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of water, as it will help flush out toxins as well as help you skin. Cut out some of your high trans fat intake and reduce oily foods which also increases blockage which causes pimples.
If you do not eat vegetables, maybe some supplements may help. Be consistent as building your metabolism requires consistency.
The scaring from the pimples fade but with time. I am not an expert but all of this helps me.
