is dating on feb 14 really that important?=)

Well, I had to work the 14th. My husband works days and I work Swing so we did not actually get that much time to spend together. Our 12 yr. Wedding anniversary was actually the 13th so we spent that day together going to Red Lobster to eat and then we bought some groceries, rented a couple of movies from Red Box and came home and relaxed and had a nice evening together. Overall, I could not have asked for a more nicer day.

too bad for us that we were not able to celebrate Valentine's Day... we already have 3 kids and the youngest is 4 months old. she is feeding from her mother and so we cannot go out without the baby... i think i'll just make everyday with my wife special like it's Valentine's Day everyday of our lives.

I'm glad to hear that you were able to enjoy it. This was my second as a wife. My husband is actually the only person I share Valentines day with. In the past years, he did try and plan something nice, but this year I don't think he had much time. So, we just ordered in and spend some nice quality time together.

hey, my valentines day this year was my first as a wife too :) me and my husband actually didn't celebrate valentine's day on the 14th. we celebrated ours a couple of days early to avoid the rush. it was a great day though. it started out where we went to breakfast at the same place where our wedding reception was held. then, we stayed there for lunch. then we went shopping. after that we went to my church to help them set up for the couples cafe dinner they were having that night. the dinner was amazing and me and my hubby were the center of attention because we were the youngest couple in the whole room lol, but i didnt mind. it was still great

Congratulation! May your tribe increase! Well, I did not have a Valentine celebration with my husband but with my sick mother. All the family was with her, making her happy on this special day of her life, it's her wedding anniversary but so sad, her dear old love is not with her . He passed away months ago!
