Well, once so long ago when I when I was clearly mad with my boss, I went out lunch break to play tennis (on high noon!) and each time I hit the ball, I imagine it to be the face of my boss. Never missed.
Cheers, zills66. You are not alone.

I am sure it makes you uneasy when you have things pending at work and they are not in your control, but dependent on management. I am afraid I would have negative thoughts myself.

Hi, Zills, this is a nasty situation but it seems that you should be patient.
I have a lot of negative thoughts about my bosses and I often speak about this with my colleagues. But this doesn't help. And, can you imagine, almost all of my bosses now are women! I won't share my comments about them, I'm affraid that my post would cause the deletion of this discussion :))

I think all of us have for one reason or another had negative thoughts about the management in our places of work. We just have to control it not to show in our work.
