How long did you know about the exam? If you have know for some time and didn't prepare then you will have to live with it, whatever the result. What kind of test is it? I don't like it when I have to take a test that I didn't know about soon enough to properly prepare. I hope you do (did?) ok on it. Good luck!

"Giving/writing exam, without prepartion" is a simple thing for graduate students.
If there will be an exam after one week "we read standard author books",
If there will be an exam after two days "we read local author books",
If there will be an exam tomorrow "we are the authors". LoL,
This is the success formula to face the graduate examinations.
hahahaha
have a nice day,
god bless you.

First off, you a teacher or professor? Teachers GIVE exams, Students TAKE them and turn them back in.
If you have not prepared and you aren't a natural in the subject (aka need to study vs someone who learns through reading/classwork/homework and retains the knowledge) then your score/grade/marks will probably be low but generally there isn't much of an option here. Unless the teacher offers the students a skip, rescheule, or doesn't give automatic zeros for sick excuses.
Depending on the class syllabus:
IF there is a sick clause you can try not showing up
IF the teacher allows you to discard or retake your lowest score then take the test anyways and substitute it later.
Otherwise, you or SOL.

That is what i usually do. Cram before the exam or don't study at all. I think you should give the exam. Do you have the option to not give it too??

If the subject is about general things then no need to take preparation and if it is other at least you should know its basic things and logics and by the way for me also exams are going on and I feel bored in studying

Well it depends on how much you know about the subject in general. And many subjects are easy to pass even without preparation if you have good logic skills.
